Mahak while pursuing her Engineering from DCE, started baking in 2006 as a hobby for her family and friends. After completing her degree with First Class Distinction, she started working at The Smart Cube, Noida. Encouraged by one and all, in 2010, she left here cushy business analytic job to start Bliss Bakery. She worked 16 hours a day in her home kitchen to sell delicious creations to neighbours and friends.
In 2012, she took a sabbatical to pursue her dream course at the Le Cordon Bleu, London. After returning from London, she worked under the leadership of Chef Saby to get acquainted with the Indian Market. In 2016, Bliss opened its first brick and mortar shop in the upscale M Block Market of GK-1.
Abhinav is a graduate from the University of Westminster, London and has worked passionately in UK's sophisticated and competitive hospitality industry for 8 years. Abhinav's love for baked goods and Mahak's passion for baking is the secret ingredient for the inspirational desserts coming out of Bliss Bakery. TRES BON is the word which best describes Bliss Bakery.
